COGAN Structural Steel Mezzanines

2 Cogan structural steel mezzanines built in 2016 and in excellent condition. Over 1700 sq. ft. of floor space with 125 lbs. per sq. ft. load capacity (U.D.L.).

Section 1 is “L” shaped and approximately 20.5 ft. x 36.5 ft. with a 13 ft. x 17 ft. extension off the long side. Platform height is 9 ft. 2 in. to the top.

Section 2 is approximately 24 ft. x 32 ft. and the platform height is 12 ft. to the top. The main set of stairs goes to this section and there is a set of stairs that goes between the 2 sections. They could be setup as 2 separate systems if needed.
